We have a variety of systems to cater for most types and sizes of event. Even a room with as few as 20 people can benefit from the use of a small PA system so that people at the back aren't left struggling to hear what you're trying to get across. We have a number of additional enhancements that can make your presentation even better. Hire one of our lectern & lectern mic sets to give your presenters somewhere to place their notes and if you want to make sure your audience can see the presenters, then hiring portable staging will elevate your presenters to the next level. We also supply lighting solutions that can highlight your presenters or uplight your stage set.


We know that conferences don't just happen. They take a lot of hard work to organise,and that's why you can rely on West Midlands Audio Visual conference services. We can help with equipment hire, project management, installation and operation. We supply sound systems, video projectors, video cameras and video control, LED displays and lighting.

Video & Filming

When you hold an event, why not capture it for the future - you might want to live stream your event to employees, customers or anyone who can't make it in person. We can also record your event with multiple cameras in stunning high definition, and if you want, we can even handle the editing for you. We can work with you to make sure that the finished footage puts across the message you want in a way that your audience will enjoy.

Want it fimed in ultra high definition 4k? Not a problem, we can do that too.

A/V Equipment Hire

We can provide a wide range of sound equipment, including mixing desks, audio and video recording and playback, speakers and aplifiers, wired and wireless microphones, lectern and conference microphones, lighting and lighting control, talkback comms and presenter systems, projectors and screens, TV's and monitors.

Want your event to go with a bang? That's not an issue - we also have a range of pyrotechics available including electronic confetti and streamer cannons.

Photography and Photo Booths

Our photography and photo booth services can make your event extra special. Photo booths are all the rage, and ours are amongst the best in the business. Our photo booths have been designed and built by our own in-house team, and are designed to be bigger and better than the rest. With a choice of inner and outer coverings and curtains we can even brand our booths with your corporate logo or image. Our professional photography services are perfect for those more formal occasions where you need pictures taking and printed on-site during the event. We have multiple printers, backgrops and setups to suit many different types of occasion.

Discos and Live Entertainment

When your event runs into the evening, you need something to help your guests let their hair down and enjoy the event. We have professional DJ's and discos available for hire with the latest in intelligent and LED lighting and lasers. Our DJ's hold a vast array of music to cover most tastes. From 50's to the current chart hits and alternative music, our DJ's can cover it all. If budget allows and you want to take it to the next level, we work with a number of live bands and entertainers who can really get the party moving. Whether it's an 80's tribute band you're looking for or a look and sound-a-like pop star, we have access to one that's bound to fit in with your event.

Outdoor P.A Systems

Holding an event outdoors usually means that you're going to need to announce things, and we have outdoor P.A systems that will allow you to do just that.
